You have 10 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Neonclan.com free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.
We do not accept returns for used or damaged items.
- If you have purchased as a registered user: Simply go to the return section at the homepage and enter your order no.
- We will send a courier to pick up your package at the address of your choice within 7-10 working days.
Remember that you must raise the return request for the the items you wish to return within 10 days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires. Please bear in mind that once the order is collected, it can take up to 6 working days to reach our facilities.
REFUNDS
In case of returns, once the product is collected and verified, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days . COD orders shall be refunded in form of store credits.
EXCHANGE
we do not offer exchange of item on the same purchase . In case you wish to exchange your order -
